After several years of limitations, it was wonderful to once again connect face-to-face. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"y-intro--upper--right\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"y-c-img contain\">\n\t\t<div class=\"y-c-img--extend \" style=\"background-image: url(https:\/\/yfc.ca\/london\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/58\/2022\/10\/BANQUET-NEWS.png);\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"y-c-img--contain\">\n\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/yfc.ca\/london\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/58\/2022\/10\/BANQUET-NEWS.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t<div class=\"y-intro--lower\">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"grid-narrow\">\r\n\t\t\t<div class=\"y-intro--lower--left\">\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"y-intro--lower-content\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We were treated to special music by Igor &amp; Istvan. This duo serenaded us with a few favourites as well as some Ukranian songs. We are blessed to have Igor as part of our YFC team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of our favourite parts of the evening are the personal stories from London youth. This year Tatianna and Siobhon shared their experiences of working in the cafe. Through the mentoring of Dorothy and Kat, they\u2019ve learned new skills and boosted their confidence.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Becky shared how YFC has helped her kids find a safe space where they can spend time with friends and feel like they belong.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our Compass Basketball program has had a profound impact on Gabe. He shared how the mentoring and team atmosphere has influenced his character.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Randy Bird provided an update from the board and James gave some parting words as he wraps up his time with YFC London.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This event is pivotal to the programs we can provide and the future of YFC.
