Grief and Loss<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Have you lost someone or something important and feel like the pain won\u2019t go away? You are not alone. Grief affects us in many ways\u2014through sadness, anger, or even numbness. There\u2019s no \u201cright\u201d way to grieve, and healing doesn\u2019t follow a straight line. Some helpful steps:<\/p>\n

1) Give yourself permission to feel.<\/p>\n

2) Remember and honor what was lost.<\/p>\n

3) Lean on trusted people for support. God understands loss and promises comfort\u2014He is \u201cclose to the brokenhearted\u201d and will carry you through.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t
