High Conflict<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Do you feel stuck in arguments or tension that never seems to end? You are not alone. High conflict in families or relationships can be exhausting and discouraging. Conflict can\u2019t always be avoided, but it can be managed. Try:<\/p>\n

1) Listening before reacting.<\/p>\n

2) Choosing calm words instead of harsh ones.<\/p>\n

3) Taking breaks when emotions are high. Jesus calls us to be peacemakers and gives us the strength to pursue peace even in hard situations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t
