Through <em>Critical Care<\/em>, <em>Leadership Development<\/em> and <em>Marketplace Initiatives<\/em> we get the privilege of helping students find their bearing and chase after their potential as they navigate the victories and challenges of life!<\/p>\n<p>Compass Life is our highly purposeful mentorship program to help students learn life skills and provide access to resources. This can materialize in many ways such as talking through hard life stuff over a meal, helping students buy groceries, practice budgeting, providing rides to get to school or creating a resume to start a young person preparing for a job interview. We want to be purposeful with students because we believe that there is hope and potential in every one of them and that they are here for a
