Joel was drawn to YFC/YU in 2006 by his love for mentorship and motorcycles. He spent some time with the Brandon U-Turn program and has since been serving in the Gladstone area in a student support role. One of Joel’s favorite things about the job is the opportunity he gets to have personal conversations and learn so much from those he serves. Joel is passionate about redeeming old things and making something people might see as garbage into something awesome. He can often be found restoring, riding or talking about a motorcycle.  Joel lives on a beautiful acreage with his wonderful wife, three sons, one daughter, 3 cows, 40 chickens and way too many cats. And let’s not forget to mention that he loves motorcycles.
