Face-to-face conversation is not the preferred type of conversation for teens. Only 1\/3 of teens would rather have a face-to-face conversations as opposed to a digital conversation.<\/p>\n

Face-to-face communication is an artform that many youth have yet to learn. Eye contact is a vital part of communication that builds connection and empathy. Over the last 20 years signs of empathy in young people have dropped by 40%.<\/p>\n

In person conversation is meant to be natural, therefore there is no need to overthink and plan out everything you would say like you would in a text or email.<\/p>\n
