That Lisa shares the same mindset in these things is a huge blessing.<\/p>\n<p>Having worked with youth in various formats since 2002, Derek loves being there as young people discover their potential. He loves seeing youth develop into independent\u00a0young adults and is so blessed that some of them invite him into that experience.
