Vince and Mavis Kehler<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We\u2019re Vince and Mavis Kehler, and we serve together at YFC Blumenort\u2014Vince as the Ministry Director and Mavis as a Youth Worker.<\/b><\/span> We\u2019ve been married for over 25 years and have spent most of that time in youth and community ministry. Blumenort has always been home for us, and we\u2019re passionate about being present in the lives of the youth and families here\u2014offering support, encouragement, and the hope of Jesus in everyday life.<\/p>\n

Vince:<\/b><\/span> I\u2019ve served as a youth pastor, camp director, and community pastor, and I\u2019ve always felt called to walk with people through the mess and beauty of real life. Nothing excites me more than seeing teens discover their value, step into their God-given identity, and grow in confidence. I\u2019m especially grateful to be leading the Blumenort site as we build something meaningful from the ground up\u2014right in the town that has shaped so much of who I am.<\/p>\n

Mavis:<\/b><\/span> I\u2019ve been a preschool teacher in Blumenort for the past 15 years, and I love running into former students who now tower over me and are navigating the teen years. Being able to support them again through YFC feels like a full-circle gift. I\u2019ve always had a heart for creating calm, welcoming spaces where kids and youth feel safe to be themselves and talk about what\u2019s really going on. I\u2019m excited to continue that with our youth at YFC.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re so thankful to be part of this ministry and to be doing it together.
