He brings over 15 years of experience serving as a director at another youth drop-in, where he spent years building relationships with young people and leading meaningful ministry in his community.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">At YFC Steinbach, youth workers focus on developing consistent, long-term relationships with youth. This happens through everyday presence, conversations, mentorship, and creating a space where young people can be known, supported, and challenged as they grow.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Steve brings a deep passion for youth ministry, a genuine love for Jesus, and a wealth of experience into this role. His background in leading and caring for youth has shaped a steady, relational approach that aligns closely with the heart of what we do at YFC Steinbach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We are looking forward to having Steve on the team as he continues this work in a new context.
