WINNIPEG\u2019S ONLY YOUTH-FOCUSED FITNESS CENTRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unlock your potential at The RIG! Youth for Christ&#8217;s unique fitness program offering both elements of Crossfit and parkour. Our gym allows us to use the space in various exciting ways&#8230; We can run larger fitness classes, &#8220;ninja warrior&#8221; obstacle courses, and even arena style tournaments for chase tag, dodge ball and laser tag! All programs at The Rig are FREE to participate in.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Program Details:\u00a0 Fall 2025\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are running programs on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday all three days are different programs.\u00a0 6:00 &#8211; 8:00PM at the YFC Activity Centre on 333 King St.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesdays &#8211; Functional Fitness &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0workout classes consisting of foundational training, Crossfit elements along with body building programs for ages 12-17.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesdays &#8211; Junior RIG<\/strong> &#8211; this program is in partnership with the <a href=\"https:\/\/yfc.ca\/winnipeg\/program\/king-st\/\">King St. Drop-In!<\/a> In the RIG there will be different activities week after week like ninja warrior, chase tag, and dodge ball!\u00a0 This is for 8-12 year old youth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursdays<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; Parkour Academy<\/strong> &#8211; one of the most unique programs in the city for those looking for a physical challenge. It&#8217;s as fun and crazy as it sounds!\u00a0 Youth ages 12-17 are welcome to attend.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>With each program we offer there is a major component of sharing the Gospel and studying the Bible together!
