Elementary Outreach Worker

Laura joined our team in January 2025.   She is pleased to call Bobcaygeon her home and has enjoyed getting settled in the community.  Currently, she is working part-time with us as an Elementary Outreach Worker.  It has been delightful that she has been able to restart the “Come Cook With Us Program” in Bobcaygeon.  This weekly program allows her to connect with youth in her community, share life in the kitchen and learn more about preparing and serving meals.  On the last night of each session, the students are able to invite their parents to the table and share a meal that they have prepared.  Laura is passionate about allowing youth to learn what it means to live fully in Christ.
