Connie Lorne is incredibly passionate about building transformational relationships with young people and their families. Directly after high school, Connie attended a one-year program at ‘Baptist Leadership Education Center’ with a major in Youth Ministries. She later graduated from Mohawk College with a Diploma in Child and Youth Work. Her knowledge and wisdom make her a fantastic addition to Northumberland Youth Unlimited™.

You can find Connie enjoying gardening, exploring, and quality time with family, friends, and God outside of work. You may see Connie paddle boarding, out for a walk or caring for her chickens. She is a woman that finds excitement watching things grow and change. Her excitement is contagious.

When you meet Connie for the first time, you will notice her radiant smile and welcoming attitude. Her desire to meet kids where they are while exemplifying the love of God has created many beautiful ministry opportunities. Connie is incredibly supportive, utilizes community resources and prayerfully proceeds through circumstances. She is a person that people trust. Connie is our Cheer Crew Program Coordinator and Youth Mentor.
