As a ministry of Youth for Christ Canada, our retreat centre exists to provide opportunities for rest, renewal, and growth for individuals working with at-risk youth. Burnout is an all-too-common reality facing many people in this type of work. We are dedicated to ensuring the 900+ YFC youth workers receive the care, training, and rest necessary to build resiliency and sustainability in their ministries.

Everything we do purposefully facilitates restorative rest during private or guided retreats: serving wholesome meals, facilitating group sessions for prayer and reflection, offering individual counselling and prayer, providing complimentary massage or reflexology appointments, arranging optional outings, and maintaining a beautiful facility (prayer garden, hot tub, fitness centre, library, etc.).
