Ryan is a husband and father of three girls, and now a grandfather of a beautiful granddaughter, who grew up locally and by his own admission, made some bad life choices as a young person. Having been transformed by the love and forgiveness of Christ, Ryan is passionate about giving back to the community and leading young people towards wholeness. Having launched a successful Drop- in and Project Serve programs in Novar, Ryan has made great strides in connecting with youth in the North. Recently, a building has been rented to expand the Carpentry program and to add small engine repair training, a food hub for The Table in Huntsville, and increase the Community Serve and Project Serve initiatives. Currently, Ryan works hard at improving the carpentry program where youth are mentored in Christlikeness and taught valuable carpentry skills — all designed to make a positive impact on youth and the world around them.
