What Casa YFC Is
Casa YFC is not simply a renovation project. It is a formation ecosystem: a real place, rooted in a local community, where young people can grow through trusted relationships, hands-on work, faith conversations, and repeated practice over time.
Why This Matters
In Ecuador, many young people are being formed by instability, pressure, disconnection, violence, and lack of opportunity. Casa YFC offers an intentional counter-formation: a place where youth can be shaped by belonging, responsibility, meaningful work, community, and Jesus.

Why Screen Printing
Work forms habits. Showing up, preparing well, cleaning up, and finishing what was started builds discipline that lasts.
Production forms responsibility. Youth learn that quality, timing, and details matter—and that their work affects others.
Design forms voice. Creativity becomes a way to tell stories, solve problems, and express identity with purpose.
Teamwork forms trust. Good work requires communication, patience, and shared standards.
Mentoring forms faith. Caring adults walk with youth while they work, reflect, ask questions, and grow.
Business exposure forms stewardship. The shop can teach value, cost, customer care, and sustainability—preparing leaders for the future.
Why this project is credible
Site secured. The signed 15-year MOU is complete, giving this ministry a stable, long-term home.
Clear first-use model. The first program is a screen-printing workshop with mentoring and discipleship built around it.
Defined launch priorities. Roof and ceiling, infrastructure, training, and first-season operations are clearly scoped.
Accountable giving route. Donations are processed through YFC Canada and designated under “Ecuador Ministry.”
