Al Cavers has been working with Youth Unlimited for long enough to know for a fact that Consistency is one of the most important elements of a ministry relationship. In this video, Al provides us with a glimpse into his current projects (his hobbies and interests!), the realization when “youth” become friends, and how consistency plays an important role in relationships.
