Montreal Youth Unlimited operates as a team effort! We believe that each person has unique giftings, skills and capacity to impact youth to live FULLY! Be it through a regular commitment or an occasional offer; our team is eager to meet you!

Many corporations and businesses allow for employees to take a certain number of hours off each year to volunteer in their communities. Come volunteer with us and support youth and families all over Quebec who are in need! Please contact us through our volunteer page if you have an interest in volunteering with us.

Advocate

Spread the word!  Letting others know about MYU on social media, through google reviews, or by letting a business know that they should consider partnering with us are all excellent ways to help us reach more youth. You can even contact us to arrange a guest speaker (from Montreal Youth Unlimited) to share more about what we do at your Church or event!

Give

Montreal Youth Unlimited is a registered non-profit, faith-based, youth-serving organization that depends on the generosity of individuals, businesses, foundations, and churches. Your financial partnership is welcomed and all contributions are receipted for tax purposes. Consider a monthly partnership with one of our staff, or a donation to the general fund. We couldn’t do this work impactful without YOU.

Gift in Kind

We have many tangible needs for in-kind gifts (contribution of goods and services) such as computer hardware and software, books, sports equipment, clothing, food, prizes and art. We believe in the power of prayer. We invite you to be praying for our team, those we work with, our finances, reach and impact.

Stocks & Securities

Stocks and securities can be donated. Our preference is to use www.linkcharity.ca in order to transfer the funds to us as they can handle multiple charitable designations and have a low fee of only $25. CanadaHelps also offers this service for a higher fee.

Grant Partners

We appreciate all who consider Montreal Youth Unlimited for grant funding. Our work has an emphasis on how one’s personal faith is a significant source of hope, resilience and coping. Our programs and services are holistic, relational, culturally sensitive, educationally age-appropriate and caring long-term. Our multifaceted approach utilizes “client-centred,” “family-systems,” “community development,” and “crime prevention through social development” forms of intervention. We engage each community through a process of community assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, consultation & networking of key stakeholders. This approach emphasizes cultural diversity through “Anti-discrimination, Access & Equity” practices, strategic city-wide alliances and partnerships and the optimization of local community expertise, human and material resources.
