Sian is an experienced nurse and educator with over 25 years in clinical care, teaching, and patient support. She has worked in acute care, pediatrics, obstetrics, transplant, infectious disease, chronic pain, and perinatal care. Sian has extensive experience mentoring nursing students and new nurses, coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams, and providing patient-centered support. She has also contributed internationally through Mercy Ships and locally in Québec, focusing on holistic and community-based care.
In addition to shaping the health support framework, Sian oversees community education initiatives that focus on sexual and relationship health, prenatal and newborn care, and continued support for young parents—helping to foster positive health outcomes for children and families through the early years, up to age five.
Sian brings a wealth of nursing and teaching experience to her work, and her compassionate, thoughtful approach is evident in every interaction. Her combination of professional expertise and genuine care is a vital asset to our evolving healthcare programming.
