NOW HIRING: Specialties Youth Worker
Are you a passionate, faith-driven leader ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of the next generation? YFC Morris is thrilled to open applications for a full-time Specialties Youth Worker to run youth programs, provide relational discipleship, and cultivate community partnerships. This role focuses on meeting the unique spiritual needs of young women and providing dedicated mentorship, care, and inspiration to our amazing team of female volunteers!

Job Description
REPORTS TO: Executive Director & Program Director
Primary Objective:
To engage and equip youth with opportunities to become lifelong followers of Jesus by running relevant programs and inviting others to partner together in this shared endeavour. Special focus on working with our female clientele and leading our female volunteers.

Secondary Objective:
To update social media and other pertinent media to promote YFC Morris and keep our clients and partners updated on events and programs.

- Teachable Leader: Equipped to lead others while remaining humble, teachable, and ready to follow leadership.
