Christine Moss is an overflowing fountain of wisdom, patience and creativity. Her love of music and teaching began early in life. She graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston with a Bachelor of Music and a Bachelor of Education. When Christine originally arrived in Cobourg, she started teaching music at a local High School. Seven years later, Christine transitioned into her role with Northumberland Youth Unlimited, where she has thrived with the various opportunities to be creative.
Being creative expands further than a job for Christine. She enjoys all aspects of music but is especially drawn to playing the flute, electric bass and conducting music. Outside of work, you can find her exploring the world of photography, video editing and stop motion animation.
Having been a part of Northumberland Youth Unlimited for over thirty years, Christine has built many solid relationships with youth. She has been able to maintain contact as they have entered adulthood. She has a deep desire to teach young people that God created them for a purpose. Christine has a unique gift of identifying the creativity in others and providing a safe space for youth to grow. Christine is involved in the following: Created to Create, Mentoring, Discipleship Team, Staff Spiritual Development, and volunteer teaching at a Christian School.
