If you have completed your new donation form on our website and hit “DONATE” and your computer or device displays a “404 error code” your donation has still likely gone through! To avoid double donating or to ask for the status of your new donation please check your email for a confirmation or contact our YFC Okanagan Executive Director Ben at ben.mcgillivray@yfc.ca

1. When you set up a monthly donation in Canadahelps via our online form on our website you created a username and password for your Canadahelps account.
2. Log in using that username and password
3. On the top right click the down arrow beside your name
4. Click “your account”
5. Look in the middle top of the page your should see a “monthly donations” tab, click it
6. You should see your donation in a monthly chart layout. Hover over the donation and click the “manage” button on the far right.
7. Once there you should be able to change the date of your re-occurring donation.

Youth for Christ Okanagan seeks to honour the expressed designation towards each program(s) and project(s) approved by the organization. Each contribution designated towards such an approved program(s) or project(s) will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason determined by Youth for Christ/Canada, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where most needed.

According to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) rules, a registered charity cannot return a donation. Youth for Christ Canada is a registered charity and therefore we are unable to refund any donations. A gift transfers ownership of the money or other gifted property from the donor to the charity. Once the transfer is made, the charity is obliged to use the gift in carrying out its charitable purposes.
