At YFC Okanagan we get to meet students along the path of life as mentors, life coaches and advocates! Through Critical Care, Leadership Development and Marketplace Initiatives we get the privilege of helping students find their bearing and chase after their potential as they navigate the victories and challenges of life!

Compass Life is our highly purposeful mentorship and resourcing for students to learn things like mechanical skills, musical instruments, or fishing and driving. We are also here to provide critical care to students that could involving things like buying groceries, helping students get to school or a job interview. We want to be purposeful with students because we believe that there is hope and potential in every one of them and that they are here for a purpose.
