As the Strategic Visioning Coach, Daryl’s role is to facilitate vibrant development of ministry strategies and leadership of YFC ministries in Canada and around the world. His international focus is primarily Eastern Europe and parts of the Americas, particularly the Caribbean Region.

Daryl designs and facilitates collaborative processes that help YFC ministries in Canada and other nations determine what God is calling them to do in the immediate future and develop a strategy for getting it done. He draws on more than 35 years of experience and training in the areas of Strategic Visioning, Intercultural Competence Development, Leadership, and Ministry Management.
