Jake’s driving passion is to see youth come to know the life changing message of Jesus as he did at age thirteen.  That big ‘why’ will always stay the same but has evolved since he started working with YFC at the local level in 2002.  His journey has progressed from frontline worker to supervisor of staff to understanding that collaborative, inspirational and strategic leadership can reach more youth than one person could ever do on their own.

Jake is excited to take on the Director of Chapter Development role. He believes we have some of the best workers in the world aspiring to chase after God’s call in heroic ways, and finding their voice for the next generation.  Exemplary leadership harnesses our worker’s passion and gifts while giving them every opportunity to succeed.
