Golf Pledge Form

Thank you for supporting the youth in Haliburton through your pledge. Every $250 in pledges gives the golfer you are pledging toward a mulligan (a chance to try again) to be used when needed on the day of the tournament. Thank you for giving generously toward the youth in Haliburton County. Please fill out the form below and submit, once submitted you will receive a confirmation email.
