Golf Pledge Form 2026

Thank you for supporting the youth in Haliburton through your pledge. Every $250 in pledges gives the golfer you are pledging toward a mulligan (a chance to try again) to be used when needed on the day of the tournament. As well every pledge will also be matched by a generous donor!! Thank you for giving generously toward the youth in Haliburton County.
