After graduation from Laurier’s business program, Dave signed on with IBM for 13 years. Driven by a passion for innovation, he held senior leadership roles in a number of small growing tech firms in the years that followed. In October 2012, Dave sensed God saying, “Take your experiences, gifts and abilities and use them from now on to enable the next generation”. This “call” started him on a 7 year journey serving with Youth Unlimited (Toronto YFC) and continues today as Executive Director of Highlands YFC starting November 2019.
