Terra Nova / terraˈnɔva / New Land. Terra Nova creates communities for kids and teens to form healthy relationships, challenging them to become the best versions of themselves. Young people are empowered to break through the barriers in their lives and discover their worth and God’s unique purpose for their lives. They are discovering “Terra Nova”, new ground, in their lives. Far too often young people’s potential lies dormant, unrecognized and blurred. We believe in the unlimited potential of EVERY young person and use sports, art, discussion groups, and events to see this become a reality in a young person’s life. Our dedicated staff and volunteers journey alongside young people, coaching, mentoring and guiding them in the challenges they face. It is exciting to see young people breaking new ground in their lives…discovering their amazing potential and becoming a redemptive presence in their world.

Programs @ Terra Nova
Youth Rally
Youth Rally is a vibrant and fun evening that happens at Terra Nova every 2nd Friday night of the month (7:00pm – 10:00 pm). At youth rally, youth from different churches and schools come together for fun games, good food, an amazing worship time together and a teaching time. Youth develop and deepen friendships at youth rally and grow in their understanding of who God is, His love for them and His purpose for their lives.
Day Camps
In a typical week of camp, your child will experience games, arts & crafts, sports, theatre, an outing to a place like FUNTROPOLIS or the SCIENCE CENTRE, and so much more. Really, we can’t wait to meet your child and introduce them to the world of fun that is Terra Nova Day Camp!

the MENTORING project
Navigating life as a young person is challenging. This project brings young adults together with seasoned adults to create relationships that challenge and encourage both members to become more like Jesus every day.
Hockey Night + Sports
Terra Nova’s gym allows various sports programs to be offered including soccer, hockey, and basketball. Contact Christian for more information on sports programming and times.
Missions (Emmanuel)
Terra Nova staff are invited into classrooms to share on life, faith and leadership development! One such example is a partnership with Emmanuel Christian School to help launch the “Love your neighbour” movement which endeavours to see 21,000 acts of kindness performed between Valentines day and Easter!
