David first became involved with MYU in 2001 as a member of the Board of Directors. At the same time, he was working as a plant manager and volunteering as a youth leader in his church. David felt God calling him to a full-time staff position in 2012. His previous work experience saw him working in engineering and management. He is passionate about Jesus, youth and youth leadership.

David is a catalyst in a transformation process, leading, equipping and inspiring staff.
