Daniel Mantei

Position: Youth Ministry Intern

Hi everyone! My name is Daniel, and I am going to be working with YFC Moose Jaw as part of my internship! I grew up in Estevan, SK, with my six younger siblings, but I now live in Caronport with my wife Anna and our son David. I am a fourth-year student at Briercrest and I will be graduating this year with my BA majoring in Christian Ministry with a Minor in Theology. When I am not running around with the youth, I enjoy playing frisbee golf, playing video games, watching basketball, and collecting trading cards. I’ve been serving as a youth leader for the past two years at my church and I am excited to have the opportunity to partner with Youth for Christ Moose Jaw as an intern! As the MJYFC intern you’ll see me helping with our Tuesday and Thursday drop in, and our school lunch programs. My hope for the youth of Moose Jaw is to see their lives transformed by the Gospel, and to see them grow in their knowledge of the scriptures and Christian doctrine. I’m looking forward to learning more about ministry and my own gifts as I serve with YFC this year!

Our Team

Nate Stacheruk

Community Youth Worker

Nate is a born and raised Moose Jaw boy. While he is new to full-time ministry, he has been in and around ministry since he was only a youth himself. Nate is passionate for people to meet Jesus, have their imaginations about God be expanded, and be set on mission.

Nebiyah Bodie

Ministry Support Worker

Nebiyah was born and raised in Moose Jaw. Growing up she enjoyed spending time volunteering at different youth groups. She is passionate to see everyone living fully free in their destiny in Christ.

Tracy Patsack

Youth Mentor

Growing up in Moose Jaw and raising her own children here has given Tracy a special attachment to the community. Having over 15 years experience, she desires to help youth navigate the messages and influences of the world around them, helping them to find their worth, value and identity in Christ alone. She strives to instill that they are fully known and deeply loved by a Heavenly Father who created them with a divine plan and purpose for their lives.
