Joining the 2025–2026 Opening Act Team
What’s Involved:
Application to the Opening Act team involves three important steps:
1. Submit the Opening Act Application Form
Applications are open March through August 2025.
Once you submit your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In August, we’ll send you an update with more details and the full season schedule.
2. Attend Auditions
Auditions for the 2025–2026 team will take place by appointment on Saturday, September 13, between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
To help you prepare, we’ll hold a mandatory audition prep night on Monday, September 8, which will include vocal, dramatic, and movement exercises.
Auditions are required for all participants who wish to be on stage. They help us place you in the best role for the team, the production, and your personal growth. They’re also a great way to meet new and returning team members!
While individual auditions are happening, all other students will participate in a fun Team Activity Day — designed to help everyone bond, get comfortable, and start building team spirit for the season ahead!
3. Make a Commitment
To finalize your spot on the team, you’ll need to:
- Sign the team contract
- Submit your deposit or set up a payment plan
- Complete these steps by Monday, September 22, 2025
