Every youth who is involved in a YFC program is given the opportunity to meet one on one with a YFC staff or volunteer.   One on one discipleship gives the youth the opportunity to ask questions they can’t ask in a large group, helps them to feel important and cared for, and aids in tremendous personal and spiritual growth.
