I hereby declare that my child is allowed to participate fully in activities associated with the Kamp Agappae summer daycamps. I understand that at camps, my child may participate in different activities that are supervised by YFC/Youth Unlimited North Glengarry staff & volunteers. I also agree that my child will be bound by the rules of the leaders of these activities and the rules of any place or organization where the activities may be held. I know I may contact the YFC/Youth Unlimited North Glengarry office at 613-525-2531 to acquire further information about the Summer Camps. In consideration of my child’s participation in this event, organized and supervised by YFC/Youth Unlimited North Glengarry staff & volunteers, I hereby release, waive, and discharge YFC/Youth Unlimited North Glengarry, Eastern Counties (ON) YFC Inc., including their staff, organizers, partners, volunteers and participants, on my child’s behalf from any and all liability, loss, injury or death which may be suffered, sustained or arise in any way whatsoever as a result of or in conjunction with these activities. This event could involve the following possible injuries: (eg. heat stroke, falls, breaks, burns, bruises, cuts etc).

Summer Camp Information How do we register? The Summer Camps Registration form is found in the Summer Camps subsection. Hover on the Summer page and you will see a page named Summer Camps Spaces are very limited and will be filled on a first-come/first-serve basis and a waitlist is available for each week. We recommend putting your child’s name on the waitlist as spaces may become available. If online registration is a challenge for you, please contact us by phone for support at 613-525-2531. How many weeks can we register? You may register for a minimum of 1 week or up to 4 weeks. Full weeks only (there is no daily rate). To secure your child’s space at YFC/YUNG Summer camps, complete your registration via email. This year, registration is only available through email ahead of time, not in-person. What methods of payment do you accept? Payments will be accepted by e-transfer to yfcnorthglengarry@econyfc.ca with your email registration submission. Option 1: Pay in full and a receipt will be emailed to you. Option 2: Pay a deposit of $50 per week upon registration. With this option, you must pay the balance at least one week prior to the beginning of that camp. What is your refund policy? Registration for our summer camps may be canceled by emailing yfcnorthglengarry@econyfc.ca for a refund up to 14 days prior to the beginning of the camp minus the $50 non-refundable deposit per child per week registered. Refunds will not be issued with less than 14 days’ notice.
