Astrid joined YFC Moncton as a volunteer, first serving with the volleyball program and later supporting the ministry in an administrative role. Her connection with this type of ministry began years ago, when she was training in her country with the Honduras National Volleyball Team and had the opportunity to meet Christians who used sports to share the Gospel with young people. Today, she is grateful to see how God has brought that experience full circle, allowing her to use both volleyball and her professional skills to serve young people through YFC.

With more than 20 years of professional experience in administration, strategic planning, project management, customer service, communications, and process improvement, Astrid enjoys using her gifts to strengthen the ministry behind the scenes. As Administrative Coordinator, she supports the team through organized processes, communication, and administrative work that help create a strong foundation for the growth of YFC Moncton.

For Astrid, serving with YFC is an opportunity to use her skills in service to God and to help create opportunities for more young people to know Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him.
