What’s Involved:

This year, Spirit Borne applications are for youth who were born in the years .

Application to the Spirit Borne team involves three important steps:

1. Submit the Spirit Borne Application Form

Applications are open March through September 13.

**If you’re applying for a tech crew position, please make sure to indicate that clearly on your application form.

Once you submit your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In August, we’ll send you an update with more details and the full season schedule.

2. Attend Auditions

Auditions for the team will take place by appointment on a Saturday, September 19, between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If you are unavailable on September 19, your audition must take place prior to that date.

To help you prepare, we’ll hold a mandatory audition prep night on Monday, September 14, which will include vocal, dramatic, and movement exercises.

Auditions are required for all participants who wish to be on stage. They help us place you in the best role for the team, the production, and your personal growth.

**Tech Applicants: While you do not need to audition, you are still required to attend Monday, September 14 for a separate connection with our tech leads as well as a short interview to discuss your skills and ideas!

3. Make a Commitment​

To finalize your spot on the team, you’ll need to:

•  Sign the team contract
•  Submit your deposit and set up a payment plan
•  Complete these steps within a week of auditions

Financial assistance is available to anyone who needs it. There will be a section on the payment plan form where you can indicate this, or you are welcome to let us know in advance.
