Hey there! My name is Brenda Hamm and I work as a youth worker at YFC Steinbach. I joined the team back in September of 2019 and I absolutely love what I do. For me, being a youth worker is not just a job, it’s a calling. It’s a way for me to share the love of Jesus with others and make a positive difference in the lives of young people.

My focus is on middle school youth and I find this age group to be so much fun! I love their energy and enthusiasm for life. As a youth worker, my goal is to provide them with the support and mentorship they need to navigate the challenges of adolescence and develop into confident, capable young adults.

What I love most about working at YFC Steinbach is the sense of community and support that we have here. Everyone is so passionate about what they do and we all share a common goal of caring for the youth in Steinbach. It’s such a rewarding experience to see the impact that we can have on young people’s lives.

At the end of the day, my hope is that the youth I work with will know that they are loved and valued by God. It’s an honor to be able to show them that love through my work at YFC Steinbach.
