Rueben started with YFC Steinbach in 2004 after completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Youth Ministry from Steinbach Bible College. For the next nine years he served as drop-in director and U-turn house Director. In 2015 Rueben completed the Arrow Leadership Executive training program and moved into the role of YFC Steinbach’s Executive Director, where he continues to serve the organization and community by helping to give direction, oversight, support and sustainability.
