Hello! My name is Mavis Kehler, and I am excited to be a part of the YFC Steinbach team as a youth worker at the Blumenort location. For the past 22 years, I have been involved in church ministry alongside my husband, Vince. We have mostly worked with youth and community people. Additionally, for the past 15 years, I have been working as a preschool teacher in Blumenort. Most people know me as “Miss Mavis” and it is amazing to see my former preschool students all grown up as teenagers, and to have the opportunity to continue supporting them through the ministry of YFC. I want to provide the best possible support to the teens and families that we are blessed to interact with.
