Layne began serving with WYFC in 2024 as a Huddle Peer Supporter. After having his own profound experience at YFC Russell, he is inspired to share that same sense of home and belonging he found there, with youth and fellow peers in the community. Layne is currently attending Brandon University and working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He aspires being a counselor in the future. Layne aims to give a warm welcome and share God’s love with everyone, no matter who they are or what you they have been through!
In his free time, Layne enjoys having a nice black cup of coffee, curling up on the couch, singing and playing guitar, and lounging around playing video games. He also loves hanging out and sharing laughs with his family, friends, and people around him.
