Nikki joined Westman Youth For Christ in 2021 after many years working as a Social Worker in child welfare services in both Winnipeg and Brandon. Nikki completed her M.Ed Counselling practicum with Uturn and then joined staff as a Counsellor, knowing God was inviting her to use her gifts to serve youth facing homelessness. She is enjoying integrating her passion for mental health, reconciliation, and faith in her current position. 

Nikki is married to Steve and has three sweet kids, Ember, Macy & Jasper. She can be found running, reading, or getting out of town with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
