Welcome to Russell's Youth Drop-In Centre

Located in the heart of Russell, In Good Company. is a youth drop-in centre that provides hope to youth and their families through caring relationships and whole person developmental opportunities.

Our goal is to provide a safe, positive, and welcoming atmosphere where youth can find community, acceptance and belonging, free of judgement or fear of harm. In Good Co. is barrier free, and open to ANY youth.

At In Good Co., youth can expect to find a team of caring community youth workers who are present to help in any way they can, from homework help, to intentional mentoring relationships, or simply up for playing Dutch Blitz. We believe that ALL youth are of unlimited worth, and we strive to provide the highest quality of activities to enjoy.

If you are new here, what you need to know that Bekah and Caleb LOVE the youth of Russell. Whether it’s longboarding, coaching volleyball, running a youth group, leading Bible studies, or just hanging out over a cup of coffee and a board game, they thoroughly enjoyed their time with these incredible young people.

Since 2017, Bekah and Caleb have been dreaming of starting a youth drop-in centre in Russell. After hearing God’s clear call and feeling a deep passion to develop this dream, they began to search for the right path forward. When discussions with YFC began, they immediately felt right at home and totally on board with their vision of “creating a community of Hope, where no young person goes hungry; spiritually, emotionally, physically or relationally.”

In 2021 In Good Company was opened. Hundred’s of youth have been through the doors since then, and Bekah and Caleb love chatting with each one over a cup of coffee that may have a little too much sugar in it and hearing their stories.

We rely heavily on our volunteers and community members for our ministry. Thanks to the generous investments of their time, finances, and prayers, we are able to provide for the youth in the way that we do. If you would like to support our ministry, click the button below.

We respect the treaties that were made on these lands and acknowledge that Westman Youth for Christ is located on Treaty 2 Lands.   If we have the privilege of welcoming you in our home communities, we will be meeting on the traditional homelands of the Dakota, Anishanabek, Swampy Cree, Oji-Cree and Metis peoples.

WYFC is honoured to share this land with our Indigenous brothers and sisters who continue to live on their ancestral land.
