Position: Coordinator, Food and Hospitality

Department: Food & Hospitality

With over 35 years of culinary, kitchen and cafe management skills, Dorothy is spending her retirement empowering youth in London with food literacy, prep and service skills. She mentors teens to ensure they meet high quality standards and never compromise on service. Dorothy’s passion for youth and community collide in this unique role and service.
