About the Role
We are looking for an individual who is excited to participate in the mission of YFC London by providing excellent reception services, coordinating facility rentals, and supporting program administration. This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment for visitors, ensuring smooth rental operations, and assisting our team with administrative tasks that help programs run effectively.
As Part of the Role, You Will:
- Greet visitors and provide a warm, professional first point of contact
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
- Manage facility rental bookings, agreements, and schedules
- Communicate with rental clients regarding policies and payments
- Ensure spaces are prepared and meet client expectations
- Assist with program registration and data entry
- Support staff with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment
- Responsibly uphold YFC London policies, procedures, and risk management
To Succeed in the Role, You Will Bring:

- A commitment to pursuing spiritual maturity and living out your Christian faith
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service is an asset
- Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check (Vulnerable Persons Sector)
