ADHD can make it hard to focus, stay organized, or sit still—but it’s not a flaw, just a different way of thinking. Many people with ADHD are creative, energetic, and full of new ideas. The key is finding ways to work with your brain, not against it. Try breaking tasks into small steps, using visual reminders, and giving yourself grace. Remember, God made your mind with purpose. Ask Him to guide you in using your unique strengths.
