Depression
Do you feel weighed down, like the joy has been drained out of life? You are not alone. Many young people experience depression, which can show up as sadness, loss of motivation, or even physical exhaustion. Depression doesn’t define who you are—it’s something you’re experiencing, not your identity. Small steps can help:
1) Talk openly with someone you trust.
2) Build routines like eating well and getting outside.
3) Celebrate even small wins. God sees you in your struggle and promises never to leave you. Even in the darkest valley, His light can guide your way.
