Do you ever feel like life isn’t worth living? You are not alone. Many young people silently struggle with thoughts of suicide. It’s a heavy weight, but there is hope. Steps toward safety:

1) Tell someone immediately—don’t keep it hidden.

2) Remove yourself from unsafe situations.

3) Reach out to crisis lines or safe adults. God sees you, loves you, and has a purpose for your life—even when you can’t see it yourself. Hold on—hope and help are real.
