Anxiety
Do you ever feel worried or restless to the point where it’s hard to focus on daily life? Anxiety is one of the most common struggles young people face, but you don’t have to face it alone. It can start small, like worrying about one situation, but over time it can grow and feel overwhelming. Learning calming strategies—such as deep breathing, grounding exercises, or breaking tasks into small steps—can help. Most importantly, remember that anxiety doesn’t define who you are. God invites us to bring our fears to Him, and in return He promises His peace that goes beyond our understanding.
