Bullying
Do you feel like you are being pushed down, left out, or treated unfairly by others? You are not alone. Many young people experience bullying in schools, online, and even within friend groups. Bullying can leave deep emotional scars and make you feel powerless, but there is hope. Remember that your value is not defined by the words or actions of others—God says you are wonderfully made and deeply loved. When you are facing bullying, try these steps:
1) Talk to someone you trust—don’t carry it alone.
2) Set healthy boundaries and walk away when possible.
3) Surround yourself with people who encourage and support you. Healing from bullying takes time, but you don’t have to face it in silence. Jesus offers strength and courage to stand firm, and His love reminds you that you are never alone.
