Disordered Eating
Do thoughts about food, your body, or weight feel overwhelming or controlling? You are not alone. Many young people wrestle with disordered eating, which can affect health, self-esteem, and relationships. Healing takes time, but it is possible. Helpful steps include:
1) Reaching out for support—don’t keep it hidden.
2) Practicing kindness toward your body.
3) Shifting focus from appearance to overall health. God made your body with love and care, and He sees beauty in you beyond what the world measures.
