Grief and Loss
Have you lost someone or something important and feel like the pain won’t go away? You are not alone. Grief affects us in many ways—through sadness, anger, or even numbness. There’s no “right” way to grieve, and healing doesn’t follow a straight line. Some helpful steps:
1) Give yourself permission to feel.
2) Remember and honor what was lost.
3) Lean on trusted people for support. God understands loss and promises comfort—He is “close to the brokenhearted” and will carry you through.
